A- INTER GRANULAR CORROSION (IGC) TEST AS PER ASTM A 262:

Practice A : Oxalic acid etch test.
Practice B : Ferric sulphate –Sulphuric acid test.
Practice C :Nitric acid test.
Practice E : Copper sulphate –Sulphuric acid.

B- ASTM G 28 CORROSION TEST:

( To detect Susceptibility to Intergranular Corrosion in Wrought , Nickel –Rich , Chromium Bearing Alloy).
Method A : Ferric Sulphate –Sulphuric Test.
Method B : Mixed acid –Oxidizing salts.

C- ASTM G 36 CORROSION TEST:

( To evaluate stress corrosion cracking resistance of metals in a boiling Magnesium Chloride solution).

D- ASTM G 48 CORROSION TEST:

( Pitting and Crevice Corrosion Test for Stainless steels and related alloys ) .

WELDER & WELDING ELECTRODE QUALIFICATION

When the customers want to weld the coupon plates and to carry out all the testings . We are providing complete welding and testing facilities to our valued customers for a procedure or performance qualification test.

We provide solution for welding and fabrication related problems and take welding jobs on contract basis and also Welder Qualification, Weldability Test, Electrode brand approval etc are undertaken by our organization

We provide following services on qualification of welders:

Welding Procedure Specification (WPS).
Welding Procedure Qualification Record (WPQR).
Welder Performance Qualification (WPQ).
Conducting Welder Performance Qualification Test (Testing of Welders) up to 1G,2G,3G,4G,5G,6G and 6GR welding positions.
